- Brand Portfolio Management (15%) - work with Brand Design team to optimize existing portfolio as well as developing future NPD based on consumer needs.
- Brand Relaunch / NPD Launch Campaign Activation (20%) - lead integrated marketing plan including campaign brief, creative production, media plan, PR and social amplification across all touchpoints.
- Channel Optimization & Retail Enhancement (35%) - collaborate closely with TMKT & Channels to understand channel insights and optimize brand channel strategy, maximizing growth via elevated in-store experiences and innovative retail enhancement tactics.
- Business Tracking & Deep dive (20%) - with business acumen, keep tracking & analyzing brand sell-in & sell-out performance by product line by channel to ensure target achievement.
- MKT Budget Plan & Management (10%) - be responsible for brand annual budget plan and monthly expense tracking.
- Fluent Oral speaking and written English.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Result Driven & Growth mindset.
- At least 8y working years working experience in FMCG industry, like skin care, PC, HC and foods.
- Good at end-to-end marketing scope.
- Good knowledge on business channels, close with business.
- Preferred experience in trade mkt.
