Job Description:The Ecommerce Content Marketing Manager will be a key member of Belkin’s dynamic global digital marketing team. They will be an influential voice in shaping the success of the fast-growing global ecommerce business and winning market share on the Amazon marketplace. They will have the opportunity to partner with global leaders across multiple cross-functional organizations that include Brand, social media, CRM, PR, Sales, external agencies and creative partners. Their focus will be to increase Belkin’s digital fluency, brand storytelling and to ultimately optimize sell-through performance. The ideal candidate will showcase their expertise and implement best-practices and winning strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience and web content. They must have the capability to understand market dynamics, consumer trends and to synthesize and quickly action key insights and data. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced global environment, demonstrate initiative and be a strong collaborator and work with minimal supervision. They will lead multiple projects, conceptualize strategic opportunities and be ready to roll-up their sleeves to drive successful execution.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Lead entire creative briefing process with agency partners for development of content asset.
  • Project manage and actively communicate status and timelines to key stakeholders and global partners.
  • Own, track and maintain database and log of content development schedule and assets.
  • Drive content strategy, development and implementation for new product launch and key campaigns.
  • Be a leader and key contributor to test-and-learn agile workflow.
  • Work primarily through Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon search term reports, A/B testing tools, and Amazon storefront to upload and optimize product listings and brand assets.
  • Regularly update content and propose ideas for how to improve and enhance quality of marketing content, user experience, and assets to improve sell-through.
  • Regularly explore current online content marketing trends and conduct frequent competitor analysis to ensure that our content is optimally positioned and we're offering best-in-class user experiences.
  • Leverage analytics to guide content strategy and optimize content positioning.
  • Collaborates with Product Management, Sales, Regional Management and Legal teams to ensure accuracy of copy, specifications, legal marks, etc. for all materials produced.
  • Develops launch calendars, manages product schedules and ensures deadlines are communicated to global and cross-functional teams including APAC, EMEA, and ANZ.
  • Update and maintain digital content for assigned product categories as needed.
  • Collaborates with regional sales teams to understand retailer requirements related to digital content to ensure timely launches within the region. Work closely with product management, industrial design teams, and engineering to ensure accurate content development.
  • Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support ISO system.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in digital content marketing in consumer electronics or similar industry.
  • Passion for best-in-class online copy, imagery, design and UX
  • Basic understanding of web templates and content management systems.
  • Project management experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline.
