- Contribute to Revenue growth through retention, price increases and Identifying potential new sales opportunities within existing client accounts which includes new product sales and scope expansion
- Maintaining strong relationships with client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes timely end-user problem resolution, whether technical, product or content related
- Form strategic account plan and execute with clear objectives and action plans
- Demonstrating exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and structured manner
- Strong ability to carry out a sales client meeting, including ability to diagnose, design and deliver solutions for our clients in a persuasive manner with strong presentation skills
- Addressing product related questions from clients by seeking solutions across appropriate internal groups
- Ability to develop comprehensive recommendations including but not limited to market needs and product feedback in efforts to improve the business
- Collaborating effectively across teams as well as creating an atmosphere of trust and open communication
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree is a plus
- At least 5-8 years in a client facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- 3 - 5 years track record of direct sales contribution is a plus
- Excellence in working with multi-parties both internal and external stakeholders
- Problem solver with strategic thinking, established relationship building skill and project management skill is a plus
- Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
