1. Develop and implement a comprehensive program/product strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
2. Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedule, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.
3. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing and BI to ensure each product launch is coordinated with proper measure in-place to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Develop program-level ROI and measurement mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of each launch.
5. Lead change management process to facilitate post-launch activities.
6. Gather program feedbacks from Sales and Sellers and turn collected information into insights to support future product development.As a Program Manager II, you'll drive complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Excel, communication, and program management to lead teams toward successful outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing existing programs, delivering challenging projects aligned with team goals, and determining appropriate success metrics.Working at the intersection of multiple stakeholders, you'll identify requirements, analyze data to drive solutions, and execute well-thought-out approaches to problem-solving. You'll have the opportunity to implement both short-term solutions while partnering with teams to design scalable, long-term strategies. - Manage and prioritize complex program life-cycles that span multiple teams, delivering projects that achieve measurable business goals and impact across organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on objectives, analyze data, and implement improvements quantified with clear metrics
- Lead communication across all levels, ensuring stakeholders remain informed while proactively mitigating risks and keeping project scope under control
- Apply process improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Kaizen) to enhance system quality and operational excellence
- Plan effectively to secure resources, set project priorities and milestones, and ensure deliverables meet timeline commitments without disrupting partner teamsA day in the life
Your typical day begins with reviewing program status and aligning priorities. You'll spend time coordinating with stakeholders across different teams, analyzing performance metrics, and leading strategic planning sessions. Throughout the day, you'll identify and resolve blockers, make data-driven decisions, and ensure project momentum. You'll balance tactical execution with strategic planning, communicating progress to leadership and team members. Your expertise in Excel will help analyze data trends while your strong communication skills enable effective cross-functional collaboration.About the team

- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPreferred Qualifications- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
