- Contribute to headquarter communication projects and strategies from conceptualisation stage to effectively increase relevance of all brand initiatives in APAC.
- Formulate and share the vision and strategies within the team to further enhance the brand's image and identity in the local market.
- Define digital marketing / social media strategy in line with brand direction to maximize the brand exposure.
- Monitor campaigns across APAC and take ownership to develop marketing strategy and implement marketing plans in compliance with headquarter guidelines and APAC business objectives.
- Drive all communications events and activities in APAC.
- Work closely with headquarter to keep the consistency of the global brand image.
- Bring innovative perspective to deliver brand objectives and increase brand awareness in the market
- Plan and manage the advertising, promotion, and PR budgets to develop cost-effective programs.
- Collaborate with all Sales team to ensure that marketing activities are in line with commercial needs.
- Research in specific market areas and review media analysis reports and suggest added value communications strategy to support the business periodically.
- Understand the culture and consumption habits for China and other Asia countries, develop appropriate marketing strategies in each country that can be effective.
- Experienced on the marketing for China E-Commerce business and has achieved excellent sales performance on a lot of specified E-Commerce activities. Has experienced in digital marketing field and know how to transfer to the turnover via the digital marketing projects.
- Develop community strategy, increase customer stickiness and effectively convert sales.
- Review press materials and maintain a strong and sustainable relationship with media partners to continuously improve the PR coverage of the brand.
- Nurturing relationships with medias/stakeholders
- Effectively manage functional reports within the region and build a strong team spirit and a high sense of purpose.
- Good communications with sales department and has strong sales-driven sense.
- Good relationships with headquarter and has international view.
- Develop APAC Marketing strategy and know how to adjust strategy according to the market and industry environment changes.
- Bachelor's degree and above from tier-one university with major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years proven experience in marketing, public relations or media communication, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
- Experience of managing APAC Team with overseas experience
- Proven track record in event management, digital marketing as well as establishing strong relationships with media and business partners.
- Familiar with how to build up brand image and know how to expand brand influence
- Creative, proactive, details-minded and with good problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing etc.
