- Develop and implement marketing strategy plan and operation plan to achieve the marketing objectives. Communicate with Asia and global team to implement product and market strategy.
- Scope, plan, align, implement, and manage the overall commercial digital interaction and experience platform for China, incl. digital market strategy, eCommerce and MyZEISS (digital customer self-services), to make the MED ecosystem successful, drive required business transformation and change.
- Assess and analyze current and future market development, customer needs and competitor developments, resulting in a clear direction for development of the product portfolios, provide professional advice for strategies & tactic plans for newly launched indications.
- Monitor the execution of the marketing plan and take corrective actions, to achieve the results.
- Implement internal sales training to ensure everyone clearly understanding about the product strategy, positioning and key messages.
- Work closely with sales team to develop promotion plan according to marketing demand to maximize regional / seasonal opportunities.
- Lead in planning and organizing international and major national event as defined, such as conference, exhibition, product launch, road show, focus meeting, customer training.
- Liaise with other departments across the organization to ensure marketing strategies, digital customer interaction projects and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall country or local business unit level objectives.
- Lead Market Access team to develop and implement market access strategy and solid action plan to meet business objectives and build good relationship with related external stakeholders.
