- Own the SMB sales strategy and execution across large portfolio of accounts.
- Drive team performance and pipeline management to meet revenue and ARR targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize client coverage and retention.
- Lead by example - actively participating in client meetings and deal closures.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS; MarTech/AdTech background is a strong plus.
- 5+ years in account management and team lead-ership.
- Experience across multiple verticals-Gaming and E-Commerce preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; based in Beijing.
- A hands-on lead-er who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Total Compensation: Around 1 RMB (60% base / 40% variable, bonus paid quarterly).
- Performance Metrics: Team revenue and new ARR.
