Sales Director (lead-er-ship role). Lead SMB sales growth in a high-impact SaaS role, managing hundreds of dynami-c accounts across China.As the SMB Sales Team lead/er, you'll drive revenue growth across a large portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients. You'll lead a sales team of 5+ FTE (AE & AM), shape strategy, and stay close to the market-balancing lead/ership with hands-on client engagement.You'll report directly to the VP of Sales, GCR, and play a key role in expanding our footprint in China's SMB segment.Key Responsibilities
  • Own the SMB sales strategy and execution across large portfolio of accounts.
  • Drive team performance and pipeline management to meet revenue and ARR targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize client coverage and retention.
  • Lead by example - actively participating in client meetings and deal closures.
Strategic + Hands-On Lead-ershipPre-IPO, High-Growth SaaS EnvironmentWe are looking for
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS; MarTech/AdTech background is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years in account management and team lead-ership.
  • Experience across multiple verticals-Gaming and E-Commerce preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; based in Beijing.
  • A hands-on lead-er who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

  • Total Compensation: Around 1 RMB (60% base / 40% variable, bonus paid quarterly).
