- Achieve assigned objectives of sales pipeline development, license revenue and service sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage a team of Account Executives, including:
- Recruiting and hiring as required
- Setting goals and objectives
- Training and coaching
- Managing performance to achieve targets.
- Mentor the Sales Account Executives in all aspects of the sales process and sales methodology, account management, company resource coordination, and administration.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to executive management.
- Maintain sales expenses within allocated budget.
- Coordinate with Global Account Sales Management to ensure proper account coordination and penetration in assigned accounts and sales quota achievement on a team basis.
- Coordinate with business unit management and staff to ensure proper pricing of proposed solutions and development of new campaigns.
- Coordinate opportunities with solution partners as required.
- University Degree.
- Demonstrated record of success in direct sales role and extensive experience selling enterprise software and engineering solutions - Energy market preferred.
- Demonstrated account management experience on a global scale.
- Familiarity with process modeling software products and services, advance process control / real time optimization, manufacturing execution systems and planning and scheduling solutions preferred.
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively lead, motivate, and manage sales professionals.
- Demonstrates a strong methodology on leadership and understand resonant leadership.
- Possess executive presence and ability to establish and cultivate effective relationships at executive level, both within the organization and externally.

- Travel is expected approximately 50% of the time.
