- Configuration and customised development of the MSS ServiceNow platform using an Agile development methodology
- Support and maintenance of the MSS ServiceNow platform to ensure a reliable and secure service for users
- Day to day internal case management, case resolution and stakeholder support, liaising with 3rd parties as necessary
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, agree acceptance criteria, and work with the team to ensure the backlog is well managed and the right solutions are delivered.
- Thorough testing of any system changes made prior to release
- Guiding less experienced team members in design and development best practices
- Continuously improving the platform offering and collaborating with other areas of the team to ensure ServiceNow is being used to its full potential
- Following ServiceNow best practices (including scripting, security, implementation)
- 10+ years of IT experience, with design and development experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of scripting in one or more of the following: JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, Angular etc.
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements, requests or problems and translate into appropriate actions and solutions
- Ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge, from a variety of sources, including web-based training and recorded sessions
- Effective verbal and written communication with a clear customer focus
- Demonstrable experience of working in an IT Support environment with knowledge of ITIL standards and use of case management systems
- Strong investigative, analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience within the Financial Services industry
- Ability to be flexible with changing business priorities
- Experience on Agile and Devops.
- Domain knowledge on MSS Operations
- Great English communication skill.
