Capture, understand and document functional & non-functional requirements for LMD projects
Lead the requirement analysis and discussion with business, architect, technical lead and developers.
Data analyse for the data from various upstream and customer behavior, can propose reasonable, complete, value added user journey, user case or features to business stakeholders.
Deeply understand the business model and customer requirement for this product. Understand customer’s pain points and can discover the customer requirement from customer behavior data analysis.
Understand the system data flows from Front to Back. Have a full, holistic view and understanding for the system including functionalities and the modules.
Well documented the requirements, translating requirements into High Level Epics and with detail business analysis, user journey, and other documents using diagram and table as much as possible
Managing the requirement documents in Confluence and Jira, make sure it’s always update to date and well structured.
Acting as project manager as well to do the plan, track the progress, blocking issue, and reporting status.
Provide input to test plans and testing strategies as well as input to design discussions and project planning meetings.
Involved in functional checks using Qlik Sense in UAT as well as post go-live period

Requirements

Disciplined approach to requirements analysis with a software engineering or computer science background. 2-5 years working experience as software engineers is definitely a plus.
Familiar with Qlik Sense or other BI tools. At least 3 years of working experience on this.
Experience in capturing, analysing and documenting functional & non-functional requirements (

8 years) * Very strong data analytic capabilities, experience working with data platform or data analytic platform (5 years). Experience working as a product owner of data analytic or BI dashboard is definitely a plus. * Experience working within large/strategic and small/tactical projects (5 years) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) – comfortable with detail)．Able to narrate complicate issues/requirement in a way of easy understandable

Working experience on global liquidity and cash management, deposit, money market fund is a plus.
Strong in logical thinking and presentation.
Strong leadership and a quick learner.
Very strong communication and presentation skill in English, both written and verbal. Strong structure documentation skill in English. Oversea working experience is a plus.

Structured worker able to efficiently manage multiple tasks
Takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution
