Provide end-to-end for IT project delivery, including project design, stakeholder communication, development, testing, release and so on.
Be responsible for meeting non-functional requirement in the project such as cyber security, performance test etc.
Provide guidance to other junior engineers, lead them to archive project target on schedule
End to end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey
Liaise with other teams, include architects, business stakeholders and so on to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.

Requirements

Strong Java 8+
Experience with multi-threading and memory management
Experience in developing restful services
Understanding of best coding practices and writing unit/Integration tests
Framework – Spring/Springboot
Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/Hudson /Teamcity, GIT/Stash
Nosql database – Mongo or any other
Basic Unix skills
Experience of working in Agile environment
Good communication skills, written, verbal and presentational – including communication to end-users and senior Business stakeholders

Middlewares – Solace/Kafka/Pubsub
GCP/AWS experience
Apache Beam, Redis
Ansible
Python development experience
Develop E2E Automation Test
Design & implement Performance/Stress Test
Devops experience.
