- Ensures all HR activities of the Employee Life Cycle such as My Performance journey, Annual Merit Review, Talent & Succession planning are aligned with business objectives, legal framework and in line with the Maison strategy.
- Drives updates and amendments in (best) practices, policies, and procedures in line with legislation changes and business requirements to ensure legal compliance and safeguarding of the business.
- Lead the talent assessments and talent management initiatives and contribute to the business by identifying, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Proactively work with managers to identify and develop talent for succession planning.
- Support, coach and nurture leaders in driving learning mindset across teams, as well as secure a strong way of working with L&D routines and policies.
- Manage the Compensation Review process in accordance with the allocated budget and the company reward philosophy.
- Secures availability and top-notch quality of data and HR metrics. Provides statistics and data material related to salaries studies, headcount planning, staff turnover, personal productivity etc.**Planning and Budgeting**- Discuss and align with the business leaders on organization forecasting, headcount planning
- Contribute to the business strategy by advising business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes**Recruiting & Staffing**- Develop recruitment plan according to headcount budget and store projects plan
- Partner with TA Partner to ensure we attract and hire candidates whose talent, competencies and experience support the business needs**Culture Transmission and Employee Engagement**- Champion Maison Values Transmission and encourage staff at all levels to do the same.
- Facilitate to build an environment where everyone feels strong sense of belonging and engaged
- Facilitate Engagement survey discussion and the action plan rollout**Employee Relations**- Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication, together with business leaders
- Coach Managers in dealing with performance management and Employee Relations issues
- Responsible of the individual disciplinary procedures and collective litigations. Escalates all appropriate legal cases to HR Associate Director as appropriate where considerable business risk has been identified. Is key escalation point for high-risk employee relations matters to ensure credible and commercial solutions are actioned in appropriate manner and protect the business as appropriate---Requirements:
- Bilingual both English and Chinese
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong in MS office software
- 6 -8 years experience in HR functions with at least 2 years as HRBP role
- Good Knowledge of Labor Law
