
Customer Development Manager

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5+ Years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
- Prior Retail Account Management experience
- Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen and trade management system
- Availability to travel 10% of time
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Develop medium to long term business strategy to protect, deliver sustainable activation of Sam's Club/Costco/CVS/Hyper
- Defines ambition, set deployment targets and design JBP’s for all key customer's according to company business goal
- Coordinates and participate with his/her team in the yearly customer negotiations
- Work together with the ded planning and relative customer MKT team to plan the forecast and define building block
- Follows target and put in place action plan
- Delivers the annual plan agreed ensuring the achievement of financial KPIs for his/her scope
- Proactively seeks new opportunities for business development
- Team engagement - develop a high-engaging and capable KA team and build up talent pipeline.
