
Regional Sales Director - China RMMH

- Develop Regional annual sales promotion & development plan
- Monitor the implementation of sales plan, lead regional sales team to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly target
- Break down sales target appropriately in terms of regional sales target and ensure sales objective to be achieved
- Identify development strategy for key clients, involve in significant commercial negotiation with clients
- Provide guidance and involve in maintenance of sales channel, developing and coordinating the relationship with key clients.
- Provide training, coaching and conduct performance evaluation to regional sales people.
- Develop sales staffs and improve the efficiency and productivity of sales team.
- Review and monitor work plan of district sales manages, supervise the budget control and resource allocation by district.
- Manage daily operation, preside sales meeting regularly and ensure routine sales work & management will be carried out smoothly
- Maintain good relationship with government departments, hospitals and key opinion leaders
- Be responsible for sales contract review , authorization and approval
- Bachelor’ s degree or above in Medical, Pharmacy, or related major in life science
- At least 5 years experience in Regional sales management in pharmaceuticals MNC. Sales management experience in TA field and marketing experience will be preferred
