To lead and grow our sales operations across designated regions. This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing regional teams, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in industrial manufacturing sales.Personnel Development & Performance Management
  • Lead and manage both direct and indirect regional sales teams (including internal and external resources).
  • Drive a balanced scorecard approach to performance across the region.
  • Conduct skill assessments and implement development plans for direct reports.
Sales Planning
  • Develop annual regional sales plans (verticalized and localized) and monthly order forecasts.
  • Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) and channel strategies.
  • Oversee regional channel tiering and authorization.
  • Create and manage account and channel plans.
  • Lead efforts in acquiring new accounts.
Account Management
  • Take primary responsibility for key account management.
  • Manage local distribution branches (key independent partners).
  • Maximize customer-facing engagement time.
Project Pursuit & Funnel Development
  • Serve as the lead for local project pursuits, supported by vertical and business teams.
  • Ensure sales funnel sufficiency to meet quotas, with a focus on quality and win-rate accuracy.
  • Maintain a balanced scorecard for funnel health.
  • Enter all opportunities into CRM, excluding direct vertical OEMs.
  • Utilize standard CRM tools and processes effectively.
Demand Generation
  • Organize and execute local events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
  • Implement local channel strategies and programs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
Cross-Functional Accountability
  • Provide monthly division-level forecasts.
  • Identify and prioritize "Must Win" opportunities.
  • Support cash collection efforts when necessary.
Collaboration Across Segments
  • Communicate and collaborate with other segments (AMC, PES) for lead sharing and synergy.
  • Own and convey regional sales quotas.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support reporting functions (e.g., regional performance reports).
  • Coordinate customer visits with non-sales personnel.
  • Optimize sales efficiency and resource deployment.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and technological trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer business models and industry cycles.
  • Proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
