We are urgently seeking a seasoned Operations Head (Factory General Manager) to take full responsibility for overseeing the entire factory operations of a well-established foreign enterprise in the Greater Bay Area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-cultural teams.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and develop a large, diverse workforce of 1,000+ employees, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvements and business expansion.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance manufacturing performance and productivity.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of senior operations management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate large teams across different cultural backgrounds.
Manufacturing Expertise: Deep understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and operational efficiency.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
