- Lead CME media operation team for both Bev and Foods categories to drive campaign execution and ensure seamless collaboration with the media team and agency.
- Manage projects from inception to delivery, creating detailed schedules and providing timely and clear status updates to management.
- Manage media data database operations and data accuracy governance.
- Be in charge of media reports and generate media insights, including but not limited to competitor reports, growth navigator, MMM, media taxonomy, etc.
- Be in charge of ChCC CME media operation team’s work scope and capability development, define the SOP and continuously optimize it.
- Be in charge of innovation initiatives to improve media performance for wider business impact.
- Work with ChCC internal teams to deliver success.
- As lead of CME media operation team for both bev and foods categories.
- Be familiar with China traditional media and digital media trends, with experience in tailor-made media strategies to drive brand relevance.
- Serve as the organization’s media liaison and play a critical role as a communication coordinator between internal stakeholders and external agencies for efficient workflow.
- Guide the team to perform campaign execution, including but not limited to MR, tracking, optimization, and post-campaign management.
- Act as the key driver of media automation requests, responsible for overall media data digitalization, data collection, and management of sources such as A&M data, 3rd party tracking data, media data, and KOL data; ensure data governance, cleanliness, and accuracy within the system.
- Deliver timely media insights reports with deep-dive analysis through the media automation system, including but not limited to competitor reports, growth navigator, MMM, and media taxonomy.
- Serve as a media insights expert, collaborating with the media team to develop competitive traditional and digital media strategies that drive brand engagement with target audiences; scope including but not limited to annual campaign planning, spot plan governance, and multiscreen campaign strategies.
- Act as the subject matter expert on the end-to-end marketing execution process
- Optimize work processes with each stakeholder to improve the productivity of the team
- Adopt potential CME capabilities into ChCC team
- Coordinate innovative projects
- Act as a senior media coach and support the media team in execution speed and quality of service delivery, ensuring achievement of agreed SLAs.
- Manage ChCC media operations team’s scope, workload, and performance.
- Develop strong working relationships with China Marketing Leaders to grow the ChCC partnership and enhance ways of working and team capability development.
- Manage the team to motivate members toward success. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree above
- 5+ years’ experience in media strategy and planning
- Expert in media strategy and operation management with 2C industry experience such as FMCG, E-commerce, 3C, Auto, 4A media agency etc
- Manage integrated media cases across online and offline, with budget over 300 million RMB per year
- Ability to work with internal clients to influence, facilitate and achieve marketing strategy
- Ensure control of projects dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, and change
- Communicate program details effectively up to and including Senior Executives
- Strong communication skill and problem-solving personalities with result driven initiatives
- Literacy in both spoken & written English/Chinese is a must
- Ability to multi-task, excellent project management and organizational alignment kills
