In your new role you will:
- Demand Creation Leadership:
- Drive proactive design-in efforts to position our products early in the customer's development cycles.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities in emerging and high-growth application segments.
- Collaborate with FAEs, product teams, and marketing to provide compelling technical and commercial solutions that win sockets and drive future revenue.
- Strategic Account Management:
- Own and execute the global account strategy for the customer, aligning internal stakeholders and resources to maximize customer value.
- Build multi-level customer relationships - from engineering to executive leadership - to deepen engagement and grow influence across business units.
- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Expand footprint in key market segments: consumer electronics, power management, data centers, servers, telecom, networking, and green energy.
- Translate market and customer needs into strategic actions to capture new design wins and expand share-of-wallet.
- Fulfillment & Execution Support:
- Support demand fulfillment through coordination with operations, supply chain, and distribution partners to ensure delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Balance long-term demand creation efforts with near-term revenue and supply execution.
- Revenue & Pipeline Accountability:
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and manage a diversified pipeline of design-in opportunities to ensure sustainable growth
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Marketing, FAEs, Product Line Managers, and Distributors to support account strategy execution.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps and priorities
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Power Management); MBA is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing in semiconductors or related high-tech industries.
- Proven success in driving design-in wins and managing global key accounts.
- Strong domain knowledge in power management, consumer devices, networking, telecom, data center, or green energy sectors.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term account growth and short-term execution.
- Excellent communication skills in business English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Self-starter, results-driven, and comfortable navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed.
