- Direct management of the Greater China Field Marketing organization.
- Create, drive, and implement a marketing plan to achieve growth in customer acquisition, customer interactions, and marketing lead generation with the overall goal of growing sales orders
- Create and implement ongoing recurring revenue marketing programs for software and services portfolios.
- Support sales with a dual approach in industry and product-based programs with clear measures of success.
- Support indirect channel programs with strong focus on distribution including both Keysight events and co-marketing with distribution partners.
- Manage all aspects of Greater China field marketing including customer event marketing, digital marketing, e-communications marketing, business intelligence, budgeting, market intelligence, lead qualification, and metrics.
- Optimize budget for strongest ROI for Keysight. Balance the right mix based on digital vs. experience-based events as well as investments by sales channel and industry to drive overall growth targets.
- Strong understanding of key marketing technology stack tools to support both execution of marketing programs as well as driving and tracking impact of marketing campaigns.
- Strong partnership and strategic alignment with portfolio and corporate marketing teams and regional sales organization.
- 10 + years of direct management experience leading cross functional marketing organizations in high tech or software markets.
- Experience driving demand generation programs and optimizing programs for either hardware or software solutions.
- Experience managing diverse teams with range of talents across multiple cultures.
- Experience marketing different sales models: direct, indirect, e-commerce.
- Experience working with marketing, sales and business intelligence tools such as Eloqua, SFDC, Domo.
- Strong analytics background to evaluate customer lifetime value, build and evaluate ROI models on marketing investments.
- Demonstrated understanding of full mix of marketing programs and applying relevant program based on the marketing strategy whether ABM, e-commerce or direct face-to-face programs.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations where high levels of collaboration across groups is required.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate, mentor, and support the marketing team.
