We're looking for a seasoned, self-starting Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our efforts in China.Role OverviewWe're seeking a bilingual Senior Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing in China, supporting both brand and growth goals across the full marketing stack. You'll work closely with our global marketing team, regional sales leads, and partners to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline in one of our most strategic markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a generalist with deep local knowledge and a bias for action.Key Responsibilities
  • Integrated Campaigns: Build and execute localized marketing plans that align with regional sales goals and global strategy
  • Content & Messaging: Localize global content and create original Chinese-language assets that speak directly to regional audiences
  • Events & Activations: Plan and manage presence at events including conferences, trade shows, roundtables, happy hours, VIP dinners, and customer-facing experiences
  • PR & Comms: Lead China-based PR and comms, working with external agencies and local media to build awareness and trust
  • Sales Enablement: Develop region-specific collateral, pitch decks, and co-marketing materials for the sales team and partners
  • Performance Tracking: Own campaign reporting and ROI analysis, continuously optimizing for growth and engagement
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product, design, content, and marketing ops to execute multi-channel programs across China
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 - 8 years in B2B marketing. Bonus points for experience within ad tech, mobile apps, SaaS, or performance marketing.
  • Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the Chinese digital landscape, including local media, social platforms, and event scene.
  • Execution Range: Proven ability to plan and execute across content, PR, events, and demand gen — both strategic and tactical.
  • Language Skills: Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
  • Sales Alignment: Experience supporting GTM and sales teams with tailored campaigns and materials.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
