- Financial Leadership:
- Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
- Develop cost-control frameworks to optimize manufacturing, procurement, and operational expenses.
- Lead pricing strategies to maintain profitability in a volatile supply chain environment.- Procurement & Supply Chain:
- Oversee procurement strategies for raw materials, components, and services, ensuring cost efficiency and supplier reliability.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms (payment, quality, lead time).
- Mitigate risks through supply chain diversification and contingency planning.- Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Sales) to align financial goals with business growth.
- Implement KPIs to monitor cost performance and drive continuous improvement.- Entrepreneurial Initiatives:
- Identify new opportunities for **cost savings or revenue streams(e.g., localization, vertical integration).
- Adapt quickly to industry disruptions (e.g., EV trends, tariff changes).Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance + procurement/operations, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and procurement negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Entrepreneurial spirit - comfortable with ambiguity, scalable processes, and fast-paced environments.
