- Represent the financial department in strategic discussions with senior leadership.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in financial management within the life science industry or a similar sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of Chinese financial regulations and compliance standards.
