- The Finance Director will lead and oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, risk management, financial reporting and investment strategies to ensure the financial health of the whole organization including sustainable growth and profitability.
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Shape and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals and market trends; advise senior management.
- Financial Operations & Compliance: Oversee planning, reporting, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Capital & Investment Management: Manage cash flow, assess investment opportunities, and optimize capital structure.
- Cost & Profitability Optimization: Drive cost efficiency, analyze performance, and support pricing strategies.
- Risk & Governance: Mitigate financial risks and uphold governance standards.
- Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead finance teams and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA，CFA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 10 years of managerial experience in finance within a multinational environment. Experience in the logistics/forwarding industry is a must.
- Knowledge: Proficient in accounting knowledge, including CHN GAAP, Tax, and Subsidies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Access. Expertise in financial modelling, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities and outstanding communication skills, with excellent English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
