They operate over a dozen entities nationwide and are committed to excellence in financial management and business growth.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations across all China entities. This role will lead a team of 4-5 finance professionals and ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, fluent in English, and capable of collaborating with senior management.Key Responsibilities:Financial Leadership: Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple entities in China.Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to local GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies; optimize financial processes and risk management.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-5 finance professionals.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and regional/global teams to align financial strategies with business goals.Business Partnering: Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.Cash Flow & Treasury: Oversee cash management, funding strategies, and financial liquidity.Audit & Governance: Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure timely statutory filings.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing multi-entity operations.Fluent in English and Mandarin - able to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to global stakeholders.Strong knowledge of China GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations.Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and work cross-functionally.Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
