As an Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple local squads of software engineers and SDETs, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining the technical backlog, working with product managers to build the roadmap, and scheduling releases. Additionally, you will create development and growth plans for engineers, participate in business case development for new projects, and maintain reporting of delivery status and timelines.
