Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

• Manage and optimise manufacturing engineering processes to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and work instructions.
• Work with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering. Familiar with Tooling and Injection molding
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent team management capabilities.
• Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.
