- Develop commodity ordering plans suitable for online sales based on the new business model of online-offline integration. Collaborate with the company-wide merchandise planning, marketing, and store operation teams to formulate and execute seasonal merchandise and sales plans, aligning with the marketing rhythm of China's online market.
- Manage multi-channel sales: Create and track weekly/monthly sales plans, monitor sales progress; handle new product launches, manage and analyze sales of special sizes, formulate special activity plans, conduct sales analysis and implement improvements, etc.
- Continuously track the online sales performance of the responsible commodity departments, achieve team sales targets as required, and ensure the accomplishment of gross profit margin goals.
- Based on EC sales performance, sales differences across regions, and the new retail format integrating online and offline channels, research and test the feasibility of EC-specific PO orders, and oversee their final implementation; Place orders and additional orders for special sizes according to online customer needs to ensure no missed sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the company-wide sales rhythm to launch new products and register for promotional activities. Adjust product pages based on sales
- More than 8 years of working experience in consumer goods retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree or above with fluent English skills.
- Rich experience in merchandise planning, especially in the apparel field. Experience in independent PO is preferred.
- Excellent data analysis ability, capable of applying various data to store integration and managing the entire product life cycle.
- Possess a keen insight into business and the market, and be sensitive to numbers.
- Have clear logic, strong learning ability, and maintain an exploratory spirit and passion for new things.
- Demonstrate outstanding execution and pressure resistance, able to complete work tasks stably and accurately.
- Possess excellent communication skills (including communication with partners, various headquarters departments, and stores) and team collaboration ability.
- Proficient in Office software (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), especially Excel and its functions.
