We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized knowledge and expertise in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of pharmaceutical cleanrooms. This individual will contribute to the development and implementation of cleanroom protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Cleanroom Expert will also advise on best practices for contamination control, cleanroom technology, and related processes.
  • Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of pharmaceutical cleanrooms
  • Develop and implement cleanroom protocols, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide expert guidance on contamination control, aseptic processing, and cleanroom technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cleanroom operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for cleanroom operations
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in cleanroom technology and contamination control
  • Train and mentor staff on cleanroom protocols, aseptic techniques, and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for cleanroom processes and technologies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical cleanroom design, construction, operation, and compliance
  • Good in reading, writing, listening and speaking English
  • Over 10 No.s of Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Project experience
  • Multinational foreign enterprise work experience, overseas project experience, and large pharmaceutical project experience are preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of cGMP, USP, EMA and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of aseptic processing, cleanroom classification, and contamination control principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
