Job Description:Main Responsibilities:Support HO Flowline in daily routines and escalation follow-up across all units and stations of the Flowline and final phase.Support HO Flowline to achieve the overall targets of the department such as FOT and QGs.Support HO Flowline on personnel deployment, shift and resource planning.Plan and initiate employees trainings / qualifications in cooperation with HRPerform hazard assessments for station processes in cooperation with EHS.Main activities:Constant communication with all functions, MFT members and station employees to improve the business KPI’s of the flowline (OSW, NC, CVAT, Work Hours burnt) to enable the ramp-up.Preparing the A/C transfer meetings.Operative introduction of AOS principles and bricksOptimize internal processes (e.g. production, logistics, toolings, idea system and other improvement initiatives)Participation in the introduction of new production processes, support the preparation of manufacturing / process / quality assurance instructions in cooperation with APT membersQualifications / Requirements:A320 Family technical knowledgeFluent in English, good facilitation and communication skillsTeamplayerBachelor Degree in a technical or business disciplineSupporting HO Flow Line in arranging daily operation / priority / tackle issues in the right direction etcStrong communication skillsExpert in her/his field and the ability to transfer knowledgeThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus (Tianjin) Final Assembly Company LimitedEmployment Type: Fixed termExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Administration / Documentation
