The role will include but is not limited to Quality inspections, Quality Assessment and Engineering Technical Validation. While working in close relation with the productions, your responsibilities may involve the following tasks, to ensure the quality of the product:Support production in quality inspections as per the work orders following the drawings, specifications, work instructions and quality procedure and process i.e. inspections of wire routing, electrical installation, air-conditioning duct installation and FOD...Raise report to non-conformities and make quality assessment according to related documents and attest the rework/repairEngage in Problem Solving and Problem Resolution while facing production issueMaintain and improve quality inspection lot and inspection planCreate and validate concessions following Airbus Technical requirementsOptimize standard operation instruction, carry out production process realization and operation surveillance when neededRelease production personnel's qualifications i.e. to assess personal competence, to attest work sample and finally transfer to managerPerform and assist customer visit and clarify key technical interface points to customerPerform first validation in engineering technical and inspections and build work orders, plans and techniques when new modifications applicationActively contribute to continuous improvement i.e. inspections from customer protection board and provide feedback for root cause and correction action activityMonitor all metrology/calibrated equipment/tools for periodic inspection, recall and maintenance.Qualifications / Requirements:You have a Bachelor degree or above in aerospace and/or the equivalent and you have a minimum experience of ten years.Work knowledge of aircraft cabin furnishes installation.Have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.Good knowledge of governing regulatory, company policy and proceduresGood communicator, professional, familiar with the Quality Management Systems, Quality procedures and processesGood command of information systems.
