- Lead the development and management of major projects and key accounts within the port machinery industry to ensure long-term strategic partnerships.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve annual revenue targets and payment collection objectives.
- Identify and engage with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) throughout the sales cycle to accelerate bidding processes and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights for product development and market positioning.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on enhancing Business Development efficiency and overall team productivity.
- Proven track record with over 5 years of sales experience in heavy machinery or industrial components, specifically with successful port machinery project experience.
- Demonstrated Business Development (BD) expertise with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and penetrate tier-one accounts.
- Fluent in spoken English, capable of using it as a primary working language for communication with international clients and stakeholders.
- Resilient personality with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to accept high-frequency business travel requirements.
- Strong leadership potential and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage and motivate a professional sales force.
