- Be the owner of the service business in the assigned area. Lead and drive the business results to meet or exceed the target, with outstanding KPIs
- Collaborate with other teams in the company such as service manager, account manager and regional administration while driving business through professional execution of GSS management strategies in assigned
- Understand the requirements and processes of the company in business, work closely with other functional teams in KLA such as Finance, Internal Audit and Trading Compliance to comply
- Build strong relationships with customers, manage business situations, understand the customer’s needs, be creative to resolve customer issues
- Act as an expert in customer’s business so that bring the thought leadership to customer that allow customer to grow further by recommending proper product portfolios / solutions
- Generate service opportunities by assisting customer in acquiring a vision for “unknown gains”
- Identify and manage service business opportunities based on analysis of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations and coordinated internally
- Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses
- Create the value proposition to customer based on review and analysis of benefit, cost and value company can deliver
- Have a shared responsibility with Service Managers and Account Managers for the customers’ business with KLA [both Sales & Service] and work with the different stakeholders within the company in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales & marketing activities, trade show; read related publications in order to obtain information about market condition and business trend and industry development, keep management updated
- Familiarity with the PCB industry and strong connection with PCB China customers (preferred) or Semiconductor, Solar and LED capital equipment background
- Capital equipment business experience of more than 5 years.
- Proven track record of successful experience selling equipment while achieving and/or exceeding sales targets with value over US$ 500,000
- University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Excellent account management skill
- Service sales experience in PCB industry - an advantage.
- Foreign company experience – an advantage
- Sales team management experience (preferred) leadership proven capabilities
- High level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language.
- Strong negotiation skill
- Result driving and proactive.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Up to 70% travel readiness
