eCommerce Account Manager VRM

What you´ll do
  • Develop and execute eCommerce strategies tailored for the VRM business.
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and online store visuals in full alignment with business function's input and guidance.
  • Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns based on marketing calendars.
  • Drive growth through data insights, platform opportunities, etc.
  • Track and analyze platform data to optimize customer satisfaction and ROIs.
  • Closely collaborate with internal business functions and other strategic business unit leads in China.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing eCommerce business, preferably in B2C sectors.
  • A quick learner in eCommerce operations and relevant digital ecosystem.
  • A strong customer orientation and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
