- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies tailored for the VRM business.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and online store visuals in full alignment with business function's input and guidance.
- Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns based on marketing calendars.
- Drive growth through data insights, platform opportunities, etc.
- Track and analyze platform data to optimize customer satisfaction and ROIs.
- Closely collaborate with internal business functions and other strategic business unit leads in China.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing eCommerce business, preferably in B2C sectors.
- A quick learner in eCommerce operations and relevant digital ecosystem.
- A strong customer orientation and collaborative approach.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
