Oversee equity investment activities for the listed company and its subsidiaries, including Pre-IPO, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private placements (定增), and PE/VC deals.Lead the full deal cycle: project sourcing and screening, due diligence, valuation modeling, transaction structuring, and negotiation of investment agreements.Monitor the operational and financial performance of portfolio companies, formulate exit strategies, and optimize returns.2. Industrial Investment & IncubationExecute strategic investment initiatives aligned with the company’s core sectors (e.g. petrochemicals, new materials), identifying upstream/downstream M&A or joint-venture opportunities.Evaluate and execute incubation projects: assess feasibility, support commercialization of technology, and validate business models.Build an ecosystem network by integrating government bodies, research institutions, and industry leaders to drive coordinated industrial development.3. Research & Market AnalysisConduct in-depth analysis of sectoral trends in upstream/downstream industries and produce actionable investment strategy recommendations.Maintain a dynamic project pipeline, updating the investment target pool regularly to align with corporate strategic direction.4. Post-Investment Management & Resource IntegrationDevelop post-investment management plans, conduct regular reviews of portfolio companies’ business, financial, and compliance status, and deliver value-add services.Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate business synergies between portfolio enterprises and the listed company, enhancing portfolio value.5.
