  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives in the digital department.

Integrated Product Development and Sales CapabilitiesOwnership of Global Cross-Border E-Commerce StrategyA successful EC Director should have:
  • Proven experience in building cross-border e-commerce operations from the ground up, ideally in furniture, lifestyle, or design-led consumer product sectors.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. market landscape; additional experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Skilled in navigating digital platforms and optimizing performance across global marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of international consumer behavior and market dynamics.
