Job Description1. Manage Identified China Commercial Programs/projects to meet review cadence, organize regular review activity with key initiative leaders, key stakeholders to ensure the expected deliverables.
2. Leads project planning, resourcing, issue resolution and delivery of results. Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project budgets, assigns tasks and tracks performance, milestone achievement, and progress review.
3. Responsible for analysis and evaluation of business problems and development of improved solution recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of solutions.
4. This role may involve a significant amount of project management. Project management responsibilities include managing commercial organization’s projects from initiation through completion. Also requiring coordination with other functions .
5. Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
6. Partner and engage with China CCO, CSO key function leaders and strategic center managers to ensure program/projects deliverables to support business growth.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above; minimum 5 years of relevant experience in multinational companies.
2. Strong Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Solid data analysis and logical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric and result-driven mindset.
5. Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with global partners.
6. Fast learner with strong initiative; able to work proactively with minimal supervision.
7. Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset.
8. Knowledge of project management methodologies and professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.Additional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
