Event Senior Manager - Branding DepartmentKey Responsibilities:
1、Event Strategy & Planning
(1)Develop annual event calendars aligned with corporate objectives (brand elevation, product launches, cultural programs).
(2)Define event KPIs—brand awareness, media impressions, VIP engagement, ROI—and deliver post-event analyses.
2、End-to-End Execution and Toolkit Development
(1)Lead concept development, venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, production oversight and on-site management for flagship events (e.g., collections unveilings, gala dinners, museum collaborations).
(2)Oversee logistics (travel, F&B, guest management), ensuring seamless end-user experience and uncompromised brand standards.
(3)Develop Event Toolkit for different market to adapt and make sure it’s up to CTF standard
3、Store-Level Trade Marketing
(1)Plan and execute TM activations in designated retail outlets, coordinating with Retail Excellence and Visual Merchandising to deliver cohesive in-store promotions tied to key brand events.
(2)Monitor performance metrics (foot traffic uplift, conversion rates) and optimize future activations based on insights.
4、Cross-Functional & Regional Coordination
(1)Partner with Mainland, Hong Kong & international event teams to integrate local market nuances and maximize global reach.
(2)Align with Retail, Digital, PR and Sponsorship functions to create integrated, 360° event campaigns.
5、Agency & Budget Management
(1)Select, brief and manage event agencies; negotiate scope and fees to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
(2)Own P&L for event budgets—forecast, monitor expenditures and drive cost-saving initiatives.Qualifications & Required:
1、Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
2、Experience:
(1)Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in event management, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
(2)Proven track record in the luxury goods, high-end hospitality or lifestyle sector, managing flagship events across Greater China.
(3)Hands-on experience coordinating trade marketing or in-store activations is highly desirable.
3、Skills & Competencies:
(1)Strategic thinker with strong project-management skills and acute attention to detail.
(2)Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin.
(3)Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus, enabling deeper engagement with Hong Kong-based partners and clientele.
(4)Adept at vendor negotiations, budget oversight and performance analytics.
(5)Comfortable working in matrix environments and managing cross-regional teams.
(6)Passion for luxury branding, cultural heritage and experiential marketing.
