The Manufacturing Operation Head is a highly experienced and results-driven leader responsible for overseeing all manufacturing and operational activities at the plant. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, compliant, and continuous production while driving operational excellence and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities: ...1. Manufacturing Leadership: Take full responsibility for all manufacturing, production, and operational activities within the plant.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
3. Project Management: Oversee key projects, including factory relocation or expansion, utilizing project planning tools like MS Project and Gantt charts.
4. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and quality.
5. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to quality standards, internal processes, and the ethical and compliance requirements of a foreign enterprise.
6. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company-wide objectives.Required Experience & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on manufacturing or production environments within the pharmaceutical or injector device industries.
3. Proven experience with factory relocation or expansion projects is highly preferred.
4. Demonstrated understanding of foreign enterprise logic, including processes, compliance, integrity, and risk management awareness.Skills:
