This position will lead project management initiativessuch as factory relocation and expansion, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements (e.g., GMP guidelines). This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, provenexperience in operational efficiency optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams, including commercial, technical, quality and administrative functions.Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks▪ Project Management and reporting:o Lead and manage complex projects, including factory relocation, expansion, and facility upgrades to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.o Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and procurement, to ensure successful project delivery.▪ Production Line Management:o Oversee the day-to-day operations of production lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained.o Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production performance and drive continuous improvement.Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is a
plus.Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills▪ Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on manufacturing or productionenvironments of pharmacy and injector device production.▪ Experience in factory relocation or expansion projects is highly desirable. 显示更多
