The Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth in the pet food segment by managing key accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ingredient solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives with regional pet food accounts.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Work with a Global player in Pet Food SolutionsHigh Autonomy and Career DevelopmentA successful Sales Manager should have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, or related field
  • 4-10 years of B2B sales experience in pet food, feed, or food ingredients
  • Strong technical understanding of ingredients and ability to present solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global matrix environment
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus depending on region
