- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, or related field
- 4-10 years of B2B sales experience in pet food, feed, or food ingredients
- Strong technical understanding of ingredients and ability to present solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global matrix environment
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus depending on region
- Competitive salary ranging from CNY 270000 to CNY 330000 annually.
