- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with global and local regulations, ensuring the company's operations adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments across business functions, identify potential gaps, and propose actionable solutions to mitigate risks.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels, enhancing awareness of policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor and review internal processes, including procurement, marketing, and sales, to ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws, data protection regulations, and product safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues, provide guidance on complex matters, and support business initiatives with compliant practices.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory landscapes, assess their impact on the business, and recommend adjustments to compliance strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., LL.M., JM) or professional certifications (e.g., PRC bar) are preferred.
- 3-5 years of working experience in compliance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence stakeholders at all levels.
