- Work with the team to achieve the best pricing plan for eCom business.
- Build up strong relationship with eCom stakeholders as well as upstream stakeholder teams by providing consistent and pertinent communication
- Consolidate & review various sources of pricing policies and base prices to construct the eCom pricing as single source of truth for execution
- Collaborate with business planning, buying, and store team to align the future months pricing based on sales, markdown target.
- Monitor pricing compliance, identify issues and propose solutions
- Concurrently review process and necessary enhancement to support the growth of the business in term of qualitive deliverable.
- Product Management or Merchandising experience
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (internal & external)

- University advanced degree
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in merchandising planning / buying function
- Good understanding of eCom business
- Effective partnering, communication, and influencing skills (written and orally) –someone who can proactively communicate analysis/methodologies with functional partners and influence them to rethink and change their existing practices
- Prefer good Excel skills and ability to develop useful models/tools
- Prefer good presentation and PPT skills
