- Identify, evaluate, and qualify Chinese manufacturers of analytical instruments, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a diverse and high-quality supplier base for export purposes.
- Attend and represent the company at key industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to scout new technologies and foster supplier relationships.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure optimal commercial agreements. timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including order placement, logistics coordination, and export compliance documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement improvement initiatives to ensure sustained quality and reliability.
- Provide market intelligence on competitive products, pricing, and regulatory developments impacting international trade.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Universal Analytical Technology, Chinese suppliers, and overseas clients.
