Job Description:Recruiting Ad: SCM IT Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced SCM IT Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale, client-side (end-user) projects. This role focuses on supply chain management (SCM) system architecture and project leadership, with experience preferred in fulfillment/middleware platforms (such as OMS) and intelligent replenishment or supply chain optimization initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end SCM IT projects, including fulfillment middleware (similar to Order Management Systems) and smart replenishment (supply chain optimization).
Act as a system architect with hands-on involvement in solution design, architecture, and technical decision-making.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
Ensure the integration and smooth operation of various SCM systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing large-scale SCM projects as a client-side stakeholder or in-house project owner.
Strong background in SCM architecture, with hands-on technical knowledge of relevant systems (e.g., OMS, WMS, TMS).
Demonstrated project management skills combined with technical expertise; experience as a solution/system architect is highly preferred.
Familiarity with intelligent replenishment projects or supply chain optimization is a plus.
Business-level proficiency in English, with clear communication skills.
