IT Information Security Manager

• Initiate, support, improve and report functional risk management activities.
• Steer and monitor local compliance with the Vaillant Group Information Security requirements and provide reporting to the Group ISMS and other functional ISMS and other functional ISMS organizations. Adjust information security concepts to local needs and document security relevant practices.
• Support local audits, assessments and monitor the implementation of information security concepts in the local units.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish information security KPIs and report them to interested stakeholders - also ensure reporting of existing, required KPIs.
• Act as frst contact for local projects regarding information security relevant topics and steer open questions within the company.
• Track local and industrial information security requirements.
• Coordinate local information security incidents and ensure compliance with functional - and group processes.
• Be permanent member of the group information security committee.

• A university degree in business administration, computer science, information systems or similar.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in managerial positions with focus on Risk Management, Information and Cyber Security and Project Management.
• Relevant security certification are desired (e.g., ISO, CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.)
• Knowledge of China cyber related regulation such as CSL/DSL/PIPL/CBDT etc.
• Fluent in English language with profound IT skills.
• Proven expertise in knowledge exchange and liaison between IT and business stakeholders/users.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills, ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
• Strong cross-functional communication, coordination & conflict management skills.
• Anticipates and solves complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify solutions.
