Job Title Sales Leader East, Emergency CareJob DescriptionYour role:Design and implement a zone sales plan to achieve zone public Emergency Care (EC) Sales & OIT targets, and drive NRP/CP growth.Deploy EC Channel strategy and effectively manage channel partners to maximize market penetration.Build and develop a high-performing sales team focused on driving EC product sales and market share.You're the right fit if:You hold a Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably with a focus on Emergency Care products.You possess strong business acumen and a keen sensitivity to market dynamics, with a proven track record of success in the EC sector.You have experience in strategic planning, channel management, and team leadership within the Emergency Care or related medical device markets.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.About Philips
