- Future-oriented business enablement to steer growth with sustainable channel structure per responsible territories.
- Steer further granularity of channel roadmap per responsible territories.
- Drive strategic partner next level collaboration forward with integrated and differentiated premium partnership programs.
- Proactively incubate for future strategic partners, i.e. medium sized partner upskilling with personalized upgrade plans & clear milestones for tracking.
- Scout and develop new strategic partner into ACM, by adopting clear and structured processes and toolkits and accelerate onboarding into ACM ecosystems.
- Proactively analyze and prepare plans for underperforming distributors in line with ACM investment or divestment plans to improve 'green time' for entire ACM organization.
- Actively work with different internal & external teams, including Channel, Sales, Marketing, BDM, Market & Application Management, Application Engineering etc. to provide best-in-class online & offline upskilling programs customized per channel partner.
- 5+ years of experience in channel management practices.
- Strategic and business analytical skills: Solid experience & insights of channel management & digital focus, High networking and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
