- Define and execute global product launch strategies in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to global audiences.
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning, including pricing, packaging, enablement, and performance tracking.
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on product roadmap and market readiness.
- Translate global product strategy into localized commercial plans for key B2B markets (e.g., China, SEA, EMEA).
- Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to drive adoption, revenue, and customer success.
- Analyze local market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product enhancements.
- Develop and optimize commercial models, including channel strategy, partnerships, and enterprise sales enablement.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, GTM strategy, or commercial leadership in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products globally and locally.
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, SaaS business models, and digital platforms.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
