We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Product Director to charge the global go-to-market strategy and local B2B commercialization of our technology productsGlobal Product GTM
  • Define and execute global product launch strategies in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to global audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM planning, including pricing, packaging, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on product roadmap and market readiness.
Local B2B Commercialization
  • Translate global product strategy into localized commercial plans for key B2B markets (e.g., China, SEA, EMEA).
  • Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to drive adoption, revenue, and customer success.
  • Analyze local market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product enhancements.
  • Develop and optimize commercial models, including channel strategy, partnerships, and enterprise sales enablement.
Global Tech CompanyGreat Business
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, GTM strategy, or commercial leadership in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products globally and locally.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, SaaS business models, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
