BD for Product Line SerDes Networking SolutionsResponsibilities:Being responsible for defining OEM and Tier 1 strategies in the SerDes Networking Solution especially ADAS and Infotainment architecturesIdentify and establish collaboration projects at OEM’s and Tier1’s and drive those self-contained to the DWINUnderstand the related visionary product requirements and align product definitionSetting up business relationships up to senior management level at OEM/Tier1 to actively promote strengths of NXP products together with the relevant OEM/1st Tier account managerThis involves also close cooperation and communication with NXP’s Sales, application engineering teams as well as internally in the product line etc.Your Profile:Electrical engineering degree or similarStrong technical knowledge about semiconductor products, in particular in the Automotive SerDes and Ethernet and vehicle electronic architectureExperience with OEM & Tier 1 semiconductor collaboration projects, being able to drive visionary ideasOpen mindset for new technology trends (ADAS, EV, vehicle architectures, software trends….) being able to adapt theseA minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive semiconductorsVery strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and EnglishStrong analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and to identify appropriate solutionsHigh degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability are requested for this positionAccountability and autonomy are required for this jobWilling to travel within the RegionTeam player#LI-67af
