- Teach the subject of English to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English subjects;
- Teaching qualification;
- Minimum 3 years' full-time international curriculum teaching experience, experience with IB curriculum and Chinese students preferred;
- Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school's curriculum, strategic plans and policies;
- Monthly salary of up to 29,000 to 32,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
- Housing allowance of up to 5,000 RMB
